订阅与购买
本应用可能提供可选的 Pro 自动续期订阅。订阅由 Apple App Store 处理,并按你在购买页面看到的周期和价格续期。Pro 订阅会解锁更高或不受免费日额度限制的生成功能。你可以在 Apple ID 的订阅管理页面取消或管理订阅；取消后,已购买的 Pro 权益通常会保留到当前付费周期结束。退款、账单和取消订阅由 Apple 按其政策处理。删除 NudgeDuck 账号不会自动取消 Apple 管理的订阅。
服务变更
我们可能会更新功能、调整费用或停止部分服务,会在合理范围内提前告知。
终止
你可以随时停止使用本应用并删除账户。我们也保留在你违反本条款时终止你账户的权利。
责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用本应用产生的间接或后果性损失不承担责任。

About the App
NudgeDuck is an action-starter app that uses AI to turn procrastination items into 2-minute tiny steps. It is not a medical or therapeutic tool, and generated content is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Your responsibilities
- Do not enter other people’s private information
- Do not enter illegal, harmful, or harassing content
- Do not abuse the AI generation API
AI content disclaimer
AI-generated content is for reference only. It may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or biased. Use your own judgment.
Subscriptions and purchases
The App may offer optional Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and renew according to the period and price shown on the purchase screen. A Pro subscription unlocks higher or unlimited generation access compared with the free daily limit. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings; after cancellation, purchased Pro access usually remains available until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, billing, and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Deleting your NudgeDuck account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
Changes
We may update features, change pricing, or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice when applicable.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this App.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
