感谢使用 NudgeDuck/起步鸭(下称”本应用”)。我们将在此说明我们如何收集、使用和保护你的信息。
我们收集的信息
- 你输入的内容:你在主页填写的拖延事项,以及你点击”再小一点 / 换一个动作”时附带的当前小动作。这些内容会发送到我们的服务器,再转发给第三方 AI 供应商生成回复。
- 生成的小动作和历史记录:AI 返回的内容以及你的状态(完成/太难/未完成)会保存在本机缓存。访客记录仅保存在本机；当你选择 Apple 登录后,本机访客记录会同步到你的登录账号,用于跨设备访问和账号删除。
- 安装与账号标识:访客生成时,我们会使用服务端签发并保存在设备上的安装标识,用于执行较低的每日免费次数。Apple 登录是可选的；登录后,我们会保存 Supabase 用户 ID 和 Apple 登录对应的标识,用于身份认证、更高的登录后免费次数、历史同步和账号删除。
- 崩溃和性能信息:如果应用崩溃,会发送崩溃日志(不含原始任务文本)到我们的监控系统。
- 使用统计:我们记录你点击的功能(例如”开始倒计时”、”我完成了”),用于改善产品。这些统计不包含原始任务文本。
- 设备和应用信息:操作系统版本、应用版本、语言。
- 订阅状态:如果你购买或恢复 Pro 订阅,我们会通过 Apple 和 RevenueCat 处理订阅状态、商品 ID、权益和到期时间。我们不会接触你的银行卡或付款凭据。
- 可选反馈联系方式:如果你在反馈表单中留下邮箱,我们会用它联系你回复反馈。

我们不会出售你的数据,也不会用于跨应用追踪。
数据保留与删除
- 你可以在「设置 → 清除本地缓存」中清除本机历史和缓存。
- 你可以在「设置 → 账号 → 删除账号」中删除服务器端账号数据,同时清除本机缓存。
- 反馈表单提交后,即使删除账号,反馈正文也会保留(已与你的标识脱钩),用于改善产品。
你的权利
- 随时停止使用本应用,并清除本机历史或删除账号
- 不登录也可使用每日免费起步次数；登录后每日免费次数更多，订阅和恢复购买由 Apple 与 RevenueCat 处理

Thank you for using NudgeDuck (the “App”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What we collect
- What you type: the procrastination item you enter, and the current tiny step when you tap “make it smaller” or “try another.” This is sent to our server and forwarded to a third-party AI provider.
- Generated tiny steps and history: AI responses and your status (done / too hard / skipped) are cached on your device. Guest history remains on the device; if you choose to sign in with Apple, it is synced to your signed-in account for cross-device access and account deletion.
- Installation and account identifiers: For guest generation, we use a server-issued installation identifier stored on the device to enforce a lower daily allowance. Sign in with Apple is optional. If you sign in, we store the associated Supabase user ID and Apple identifier for authentication, a higher signed-in allowance, history sync, and account deletion.
- Crash and performance data: crash logs (excluding original task text) sent to our monitoring service.
- Usage stats: which features you tap (e.g., “start countdown”, “I’m done”) to improve the product. No original task text included.
- Device and app info: OS version, app version, language.
- Subscription status: if you buy or restore Pro, Apple and RevenueCat process subscription status, product id, entitlements, and expiration time. We do not receive your card or payment credentials.
- Optional feedback contact: if you leave an email in the feedback form, we use it to reply to your feedback.
How we use it
- Generate tiny step suggestions
- Cache history on your device and sync it under your signed-in account if you choose to sign in
- Improve product experience and fix issues

We do not sell your data or use it for cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
- You can clear local history and cache via Settings → Clear Local Cache.
- You can delete server-side account data via Settings → Account → Delete Account, which also clears local cache.
- Feedback content is retained (de-linked from your identifier) even after account deletion.
Your rights
- Stop using the App at any time, and clear local history or delete your account
- Use free daily starts without signing in; signing in provides a higher allowance, while subscriptions and purchase restore are handled by Apple and RevenueCat
- Reach us via Settings → Feedback
